Kivra today has over 6 million users and has established itself as Sweden's largest platform for digital mail and payments. Together with Trustly, the global leader in direct payments, they are now taking the next step in the development of smoother and more secure automatic payments.

Together, Kivra and Trustly have developed a new form of direct debit that aims to make automatic payments easier. The service allows users to register direct debit with confirmation via BankID, which is intended to lower the barriers for registration. For companies, the solution can contribute to more payments being made on time in combination with reduced administration.

The new solution means a faster process for the user, as correct bank account details are already filled in and a direct debit can be confirmed with BankID. This leads to fewer errors, and more people succeed in activating the service. Payments are made automatically, and the user gets full control over their payments with notifications and amount limits.

The first to use the service was the electricity supplier GodEl, which has been able to offer all its customers payment via Kivra for a week now.
