Here is Motorola's smartwatch and new glitter earphones: Motorola Watch Fit and Buds Loop

Not just phones. Motorola is also launching accessories, or as they call them, “Things”. This includes the Motorola Watch Fit and the open earphones Motorola Buds Loop.

Motorola Watch Fit is a simple smartwatch, which is evident as it has a battery life of up to 16 days. It does have GPS and can measure stress, sleep, blood oxygen levels, steps, and pulse. The screen is 1.9 inches and of OLED type. The watch works with all Android phones and syncs and presents its information in the Motorola Watch app.

None of the watches we get to test on site are set up and running, so the only thing we can really determine is that it feels very light in the hand. We are told that the watch can control music and receive notifications from the phone, but there is no information on whether the watch can also let you respond to notifications.

The other accessory released was the Motorola Buds Loop headphones. These are open headphones where Motorola has collaborated with Bose and Swarovski. I test the headphones in my ears and they pinch in place so they sit securely. They have four microphones to ensure good sound even for the person you are calling. However, I cannot connect them to a phone so I cannot say anything about the music sound.

They are available in different versions. I test the green ones, but there is also a version with crystals, in collaboration with Swarovski.
