IOS 18.5 and Watch OS 11.5 on the way - new features and Apple's new Pride collection

A new Pride band can already be ordered and it is accompanied by wallpapers in the same style.

Apple is working hard on the final details of iOS 18.5, iPad OS 18.5, and Watch OS 11.5, which are all likely to be among the last versions before Apple is expected to unveil its new operating systems at the WWDC conference in June.

The new Pride-themed sports band for Apple can be ordered now for 595 kronor and will be delivered on 14 May, so the software update is also expected to occur then, in mid-May.  The update to iOS 18.5 seems to include few new features, and what has been mentioned are minor changes in the Mail app, Pride backgrounds, and possibly even more new wallpapers and minor updates.

Then it's only a few weeks until Apple is expected to unveil iOS 19, which according to preliminary information, will have a major redesign inspired by the system in Vision OS, with glass-like panels.

Apple's developer conference WWDC begins on 9 June.

The new Pride band for Apple Watch is handmade from individual pieces in bright colours, which are then assembled, making each band unique. The band is available for Apple Watch in 40, 42, and 46 mm sizes and in two different lengths depending on how thick your wrist is.
