One Month Late Arrival

Galaxy S25 Edge Delayed - New Release Date Announced

Samsung Postpones Launch of Galaxy S25 Edge

Originally, Samsung's upcoming slim mobile Galaxy S25 Edge was supposed to be released on 15 April. Now it will instead be launched just over a month later, specifically on 13 May. This is according to the publication SamMobile. The delay is said to be due to changes in the company's leadership, following the passing of Samsung DX chief Jong-Hee Han, and not due to quality issues with the device. The new launch will take place via a smaller online event, rather than the usual Unpacked event previously held for the S series.

The specifications for the Galaxy S25 Edge include a 6.7-inch screen, a Snapdragon 8 Elite processor, 12 gigabytes of RAM, and 256 or 512 gigabytes of storage. The phone will be available in three colours: Titanium Silver, Titanium Jetblack, and Titanium Icyblue.

The price is expected to be around 1249 euros, which is slightly higher than the comparable Galaxy S25+. Samsung plans to manufacture up to three million units of the model, but it seems that it will not be launched in Sweden.
