What happens to Swish when you change mobile numbers

If you change your mobile number, you need to terminate the Swish connection on the old number. You do this via your Internet bank. Then you connect your new number to the desired bank account, also via your Internet bank. After this is done, you will need to activate the Swish app again on your phone so that all information is updated in the app.

If you take over a mobile number from someone else and this person has already connected it to Swish, that connection will automatically be removed if you connect the number to your bank account.
