Tecno presents ultra-thin concept phone

Tecno presents the concept phone Tecno Spark Slim which is under six millimetres but with a large battery.

The Chinese mobile manufacturer Tecno is a relatively unknown brand in our part of the world, but it is big in Africa, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, India, Latin America, and Eastern Europe.

Now, Tecno has presented the thin concept phone Tecno Spark Slim, which measures 5.75 millimetres in thickness. Despite the thinness, the phone houses a 5200 mAh battery, which can be compared to Samsung's Galaxy S25 Edge, which preliminarily has a battery capacity of about 4000 mAh. This is possible thanks to its use of silicon-carbon technology to increase the battery capacity without making them physically larger. The phone also has a unibody aluminium construction reminiscent of the classic design from older HTC models.

Tecno Spark Slim has a 6.78-inch screen with 1.5K resolution, support for a 144 Hz refresh rate, and a brightness of up to 4500 nits.

However, it should be noted that this is a concept phone, so it is not certain that it will become a reality.
