Samsung Galaxy S25 Breaks Sales Record

Samsung's Galaxy S25 series has become the fastest-selling ever in its home country, South Korea.

Samsung has reportedly reached 1 million units sold of the S25 series in its home country of South Korea, three weeks after the sales launch. It is the fastest any of Samsung's product series has reached this milestone. The previous record was held by the Galaxy Note 10 series, which reached it in 25 days, four days more.

Of those who bought one of the S25 models in South Korea, half are said to have chosen the S25 Ultra, and the other two models share the other half.

According to a survey conducted by Samsung themselves among those who bought a Galaxy S25, the most important factor was performance in terms of processing power or storage space. Another factor believed to have contributed is the Samsung Galaxy AI Club, a membership that guarantees at least 50 percent of the value of your old phone if you trade it in within a year after purchase when buying a new phone.
