Leak reveals Samsung's Galaxy S25 models

Specifications and images shed much light on the upcoming models, including which processor will be used.

There are a few days left until Samsung will hold its Galaxy Unpacked event and officially unveil its three models in the S25 series: Galaxy S25, Galaxy S25 Plus, and Galaxy S25 Ultra. Now the publication Android Headlines has published what it claims are the specifications for the three models.

According to these, all three models globally will use Qualcomm's Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset. It's not the only similarity under the hood for the three models, all three are also said to get 12 gigabytes of RAM and support for Wi-Fi 7.

The regular S25 model gets an AMOLED screen of 6.2 inches with a resolution of 2340x1080 pixels and support for 120 Hz. The battery is 4000 mAh with support for 25W charging. The storage capacities offered are 128, 256, 512 gigabytes. The camera module contains three cameras - 50 MP main camera, 10 MP telephoto lens (3x), and 12 MP ultra-wide. The physical dimensions are 146.9x70.5x7.2 millimeters with a weight of 162 grams.

The S25 Plus model features a 6.7-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 3120x1440 pixels and support for 120 Hz. The battery is 4900 mAh with support for 45W charging, while the storage capacities offered are 256 and 512 gigabytes. The camera module includes three cameras with the same specifications as the regular S25 - 50 MP main camera, 10 MP telephoto lens (3x), and 12 MP ultra-wide angle. The physical dimensions are 158.4x75.8x7.3 millimeters and it weighs 190 grams.

The flagship model S25 Ultra features a 6.9-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 3120x1440 pixels and support for 120 Hz. The battery is 5000 mAh with support for 45W charging. The storage capacities offered are 256 and 512 gigabytes as well as 1 terabyte. Here, the camera module includes four cameras - 200 MP main camera, 50 MP telephoto lens (5x), 10 MP telephoto lens (3x), and 50 MP ultra-wide angle. The physical dimensions are 162.8x77.6x8.2 millimeters and a weight of 218 grams.
